I have worked with Laura since 2017. She has helped us find 2 homes and sold two homes all in a community, Brentwood, we were new to. Since first meeting her we noted how well she listens to our requirements and the specifics of what we wanted in location. All of the homes she showed us fit our needs and location. When we found we wanted to be in a senior community with lots of activities, she not only helped us sell our existing home but purchase a new one. All of this was accomplished in less than 30 days. We loved both of the homes and when we needed to sell our second home, we didn't hesitate to call Laura. When we had to move to southern California before we sold our Northern California home, she provided so much support and assistance until our home sold. She is always professional and helps us negotiate with buyers and sellers. I recommend her without reservation.

She was very knowledgeable about how best we should pep the house for showing and also provided help from other team members. She was very organized and helped us stay on a tight timeline we had imposed upon her and helped us to source various service providers to help in the process. Laura and her team are like no other! Efficient, attentive, knowledgeable! Everything was done quickly, with no mistakes. Never did we have to remind them of anything. Nor did we ever have to fight for attention. We always had what we needed when we needed it. We did not feel like their business deal, yet their family. This made the experience that more special.

We were selling our home so that we could move back home to Denver. I had been watching the market for a while and somehow I got connected to Laura through email. Laura began checking in on me about once a month as I had told her that we were not ready to sell yet but hopefully within the next year. She was excellent at keeping me posted on the market status and about a year later we decided to sell. She had made us feel so comfortable and was so helpful during that year that we obviously went ahead and used her as our agent. She made the process go as smoothly as she could (we all know there is usually some hiccups during the process) and she saw us through those with patience, and I do mean patience as at times I was asking a lot of questions and some were probably a little over kill. I did my research for a successful listing agent in Contra Costa County. Laura’s name came to the top. When I reached out, I got a VERY quick call back. The property had been a rental for many years with plenty of differed maintenance. Laura worked hard to market and negotiate the escrow through closing. I intended on using her in the near future to sell another property in Antioch. Laura was very responsive and easy to get a hold of through the process. I am so impressed with Laura Nelson’s team, which includes Nicole, Jamie and Laura. Not only are they professionals in their field, but their community outreach and involvement is immeasurable. This team recently collected about 1200 lbs of food for their local food bank and they are involved in the monthly Teacher Appreciation Days. We recently bought a home with Laura as our buyer's agent. Laura's team including Nicole, Jamie was on top of everything. They were very responsive and took care of every issue that we had in a timely manner. As first time homebuyers, we didn't know a whole lot about home buying process. We visited our first home with Nicole in May and ended up purchasing the very first home put an offer for. Laura helped us negotiate a good deal with the seller in the process. Laura and her team not only educated us on the process, but also made sure that we're fully protected. Now that we moved in, I really do appreciate the 1 year home warranty Laura negotiated with the seller on our behalf, has already saved us a lot.

Prepare yourselves. This is long. :) I bought my first home almost 8 years ago. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I needed to sell it and purchase another one. The desire to be my own agent was there. It’s hard to not make it an option when it’s considerably cheaper. However, the more I researched it, the more I realized this wasn’t a venture I wanted to take. The overwhelming amount of time and energy spent trying to accomplish something I had NO experience in was already causing a level of anxiety. And so began the research of finding a real estate agent... I spent a couple of weeks exploring my options. Narrowing it down from 10 to 5 to 3 to 1. I wanted to make sure that time and money was not wasted on an agent. I wanted someone that I felt I would be able to trust with selling my home. After reading Laura’s reviews, and looking at the houses that she helped to sell, I called her to request a meeting. She came to my home with a smile on her face and a packet of information in her hands. She spoke to me about her company and the things that’s included in her packet. My main reason for having a face-to-face meeting was to see if we would be a good match (our personalities). I wanted to make sure that she had positive energy and was approachable. Less than 5 minutes and I was sold! The decision was made! Before she left I told her we were good to go. From the beginning till now I have absolutely NO regrets. Her company supplied the photographer and a consultation with a stager. Two things that helped show the home for what it is. A great purchase. Her professionalism is amazing. Her knowledge is spectacular. Her skillfulness in managing to keep my anxiety ridden self at ease was above my expectations. She stayed in communication with me about everything. Any question I had, she answered. Because I trusted her with my home, I took her advice and recommendations. With that being said, within 2 weeks I had offers above asking price! I accepted one and started the process of having the beginning of 2019 be the last time living in my first home. Thanks Laura! You’re one in a million!
